"Come Get Your Pit On!" And Join Us for the Inaugural Cedar City Backyard Barbecue Cook-off and People's Choice Tasting October 29, 2010
Contest is open to any and all who wish to participate. Whether you have never been to or seen a barbecue competition, or if you are a seasoned Pitmaster, come out and join us! Held in conjunction with the Cedar City Livestock and Heritage Festival at the Cross Hollows Indoor Arena
* No entry fee to cook * Two meat categories; Chicken and Pork Ribs * Meat will be provided *Prizes for top 3 finishers in each meat category *Prizes for overall Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion *Event will also include a peoples choice; prizes given to the top finisher.
