Shipping:
All items are shipped free of charge to the continental 48 United States via Priority Mail. Other shipping charges may apply if shipped outside the United States or to Hawaii or Alaska. Please E-mail for further information.
All items are shipped within three to five business days after receipt of order or if paying by means other than Pay-pal, items will ship immediately after funds are cleared.

Returns:
It is our policy here at The Peak that our customer's satisfaction is paramount. If you feel you have not received a quality item or wish to return it, please contact us immediately via E-mail or call us at the number listed below. Be sure to have the packing slip available as we will need the order number of the item. We will replace the item with one of equal value or give full store credit (less shipping charges) after defective item has been returned. Items that have been worn, washed or used will not be considered for credit or replacement.
