The Southern Utah Pylon Racing Association held it's Season Finale race, which was the eight race of the 2009 season, on Saturday, January 09, 2010.  The race was hosted by the Remote Possibilities RC Club and was held at their flying site in St. George, Utah.  There were a total of 3 rounds completed in 3 classes in just over 3 1/2 hours.

The weather was very cooperative and even though temperatures in the morning were a bit cool and delayed the start of the race, there was little to no wind and it warmed up nicely as the heats were run.  It was a very good day for racing with plenty of sunshine.

The heats were very competitive and there were only a couple of mishaps but no airframes were totally lost.

There were a total of 12 registered pilots and 20 registered aircraft in 3 classes.  The host club was very helpful and all who were there had a great time.

A big thanks as always to those who helped and participated in the event.
