The Southern Utah Pylon Racing Association
held it's 2015 Season Opener race on March 7, 2015.
The event
was hosted by the Remote Possibilities RC Club and was held at their flying site
In St. George, Utah.
There
were 3 rounds completed in 3 classes in about 3 1/2 hours. It was a great
day for racing!
The
weather was a bit cool first thing in the morning but it warmed up during the
day and the weather couldn't have been better.
There were a
total of 14 registered pilots and 19 registered aircraft in the two classes and
the racing was some of the closest we have had and there was only 1 airframe
lost during the event.
As
always a big thanks to the club for hosting and all those who were there and especially to those who came
out to help.
