The Southern Utah Pylon Racing Association held it's 2012 season finale race on November 03, 2012.

The event was hosted by the Remote Possibilities RC Club and was held at the their flying site in St. George, Utah.  

There were 3 rounds completed in 3 classes plus we introduced a new provisional class using the Hobby King Fun Fighter electric models.  These little airframes are super fast and a ton of fun to fly and watch.  All racing was completed in just over 3 hours.

It was a perfect day to race.  The weather was amazing although it was a bit chilly in the morning but ended up great with temps in the mid to high 70's and no wind .  There was one serious incident resulting in the loss of an airframe.

There were a total of 16 registered pilots with  20 registered aircraft in the three current classes plus another 4 aircraft in the Fun Fighter provisional class for a total of 24 registered planes.

A great big thanks to those who were there as helpers and participants, it was a great day for racing.  Another big thanks to Casey Scott for donating a fuel jug and pump set-up that was raffled off during the race.
